The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens and a great family-friendly movie collection. The staff is helpful and provides useful information on penguin watching. The peacefulness and privacy of the accommodation make for a relaxing stay.
The bath in the bathroom is a bit awkward to stand in, as it has a curved base that could be a slipping hazard.

We had a fantastic time at Cod Rock Point! Our stay was for 3 nights and we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and had a lovely ocean view. The private access to the sea was a definite highlight, and we even got to see penguins waddling around in the garden after dark. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes within walking distance. Plus, it was just a short drive to the breathtaking Freycinet National Park. We can't wait to come back!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of Cod Rock Point Villa was absolutely stunning. We had the most amazing views of the ocean right from our windows. It was like living in a postcard. We were also lucky enough to spot some penguins wandering around the area, which was a magical experience. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep. The proximity to the beach and the town center was also a huge plus. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Cod Rock Point Villa as the perfect place to stay in this beautiful area.

Had a blast at xmas on the beach. Loved the fact that the self-contained apartments were spacious and clean, offering great comfort. The town had everything we needed and the stunning scenery added to the experience. Plus, being able to cook our own meals and do some laundry was a real bonus.
Beds were a real disappointment, as hard as a rock. Even the couch seemed like a better option.

The cottage at Cod Rock Point was an absolute gem. It may have had a slightly dated charm, but that didn't take away from its cozy comfort and incredible cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness and privacy it offered. The location was unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Cod Rocks and regular visits from adorable fairy penguins in the lovely garden. Trevor, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the Seafood Co-op restaurant and the Italian restaurant, both recommended by Trevor. The cruise to Wineglass Bay was a definite highlight, with stunning scenery and a delicious gourmet ploughman's lunch. The captain's informative commentary and the attentive crew added to the enjoyment. The Lookout property was absolutely stunning, with its comfortable furnishings, well-appointed amenities, and a jaw-dropping view from the upper bedroom. The direct access to the rocky coastline through the garden was an added bonus. The cleanliness of the property, especially during these times, was impeccable. We even had the joy of watching penguins wander through the courtyard right from our cozy lounge. The staff, from the warm welcome to the accommodating cleaner, were all top-notch. The Nook was a perfect base for exploring Bicheno and Freycinet. The breathtaking ocean views and relaxing backyard were simply awe-inspiring. The comfortable bed provided an oasis after long days of exploring, and having a laundry facility was incredibly convenient for washing our hiking gear. The highlight for my son was definitely the beautiful fairy penguins that came into the yard at night. All in all, our stay at Cod Rock Point was incredible, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
